Innocent bystander killed by gunfire in Columbia

COLUMBIA, Tenn. -

A Columbia man is in jail, accused of firing a shot that killed an innocent bystander.

Aubrey Amos, Jr. was seen Sunday firing shots on White Street, in the direction of a dead end.

A stray bullet hit Relland Stovall in the head.

Stovall was rushed to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he died Sunday afternoon. 

Amos, 19, is charged with first degree murder.

He is being held in Maury County jail without bond.
