Two out-of-town football coaches staying at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel were injured, one critically, after falling several stories out a window early Tuesday morning.
Medics responded to the hotel at about 4:15 a.m.
Kim Keelor, Public Relations Manager at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel, said that the two men fell four stories, out a third story window.
"What we do know is that two guests apparently had something happen between them, and they ended up falling out of a third floor window, actually out into a parking lot area, not into the atrium," she told News 2.
Metro police spokesperson Kristin Mumford said police have determined the incident was an accident.
She said the men were wrestling in their room when they crashed through the window.
Scott Coy, 29, of New Castle, Pennsylvania, was last listed in critical condition at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Darren Demeio, 24, of Clinton, Ohio, was last listed in stable condition at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Westminster College in Pennsylvania confirms the men are football coaches at the school.
Mumford said they cannot determine whether alcohol was a factor.
She said no charges are anticipated.
The Opryland Hotel is hosting the American Football Coaches Association Annual Convention through Wednesday.
