When remodeling is complete next month at Nashville's 100 Oaks Mall, 23 medical clinics will call the space home.
Several restaurants are also planning to open in addition to the current shops located outside the mall.
A Cheeseburger Charlie's will open, and a Logan's Steakhouse.
On the south end of the parking lot, next to the movie theater, another, yet-to-be named restaurant will be added.
Officials said close to 1,600 Vanderbilt employees will be working at the clinics, which are expected to bring an estimated 1,000 patients a day.
"We will provide a better service for our patients and that is what it is all about, providing service to our patients," said Doug Kinsey with Vanderbilt.
The entry and exit points of 100 Oaks have been redesigned with added traffic signals to make it safer for shoppers, patients and employees.
The first patients are scheduled to walk through the doors on February 23.
In addition, Vanderbilt police will open a new substation at 100 Oaks to provide security.
