NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A mechanical malfunction in the control tower caused flights to be temporarily grounded at Nashville International Airport early Tuesday morning.
Fire crews were called to the control tower to investigate at about 6:30 a.m.
Airport traffic resumed just after 7:30 a.m., once crews finished their investigation.
Details of the malfunction were not released.
No one was injured.
