CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - A police affidavit in the stalking case of an Army officer who manages the sexual harassment and assault response program at Fort Campbell says Lt. Col. According to the affidavit, Alissa Owen told police on Wednesday that Haas had been sending threatening text messages since Nov. 2011, shortly before their divorce was finalized.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - A gang leader has been sentenced to serve more than 78 years in a federal prison for his role in three armed home invasion robberies in Nashville. Federal prosecutors say Corey Lamont Lanier had achieved the highest rank in the 98 Mafia Street Gang when he planned, organized and participated in the violent home invasions that targeted drug dealers.

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) - Country music star Randy Travis has filed a lawsuit to prevent the release of patrol car video of his 2012 drunken-driving arrest in North Texas. A judge originally granted a defense request to block the video from being released. But media groups requested the video from DPS, and the attorney general's office ruled this month that the judge didn't have discretion to bar the video's release.
