JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (AP) - A Johnson City man is jailed on charges of hitting two men with a metal bar stool during a fight.
Police said 27-year-old Anthony L. Phillips is accused of aggravated assault in connection with the July 9 altercation at a bar/restaurant.
According to the Johnson City Press, at least six men were involved in the fight. When police arrived around 2:30 a.m., two men were bleeding from head injuries.
Bond for Phillips was set at $25,000.
