NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A judge in Nashville dismissed all criminal charges against country singer John Rich.

He faced assault and harassment charges stemming from an altercation in March with Jared Ashley, another country singer, at Rich's private Nashville club.

After hours of testimony Friday, General Sessions Judge John Aaron Holt dismissed all charges against Rich.

Rich and Ashley have filed civil suits against each other, which are still pending.
