GALLATIN, Tenn. – An 18-year-old Gallatin High School Student was arrested Monday for allegedly "sexting."
According to The News Examiner, Daniel Burgess, 18, is accused of requesting and receiving nude cell phone pictures from a 16-year-old girl.
He is charged with several crimes, including possession of child pornography.
Officers said Burgess admitted to requesting and receiving the pictures.
Burgess is scheduled to be in court December 2.
