KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - Another Tennessee football player has found himself in trouble with the law.
Freshmen Nyshier Oliver is facing a charge of shoplifting stemming from an incident that occurred November 7.
The 18-year-old defensive back was cited just hours before the Vols played Memphis.
He's scheduled to appear in court November 23.
According to court records, Oliver was spotted concealing a $110 shirt from Dillards in a shopping bag.
The court records were released Tuesday, the day after Nu'Keese Richardson and Mike Edwards were dismissed from the football team after being charged with armed robbery.
